Description

Build a foundation in Python by learning to organise code with functions, work with data structures and read and write files. This beginner course on Yiga AI is for junior learners, including those in Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda and Nigeria. Each module—Functions, Data structures, Files and Mini projects—includes an overview and set-up, core concepts, a worked example, hands-on practice, common pitfalls and a quiz. You will move from studying examples to practising the techniques yourself. Finish with a graded Python Programming project that brings the course topics together. The focus is on writing small programs, checking how they behave and fixing common mistakes.
