Learner-first
Every decision is tested against one question: does this help someone on a mid-range Android in Gulu or Kisumu learn faster?
Low-bandwidth by default
We design for 2G fallbacks, offline reading and tiny bundles. If it only works on fibre, it doesn't ship.
Remote with roots
We're distributed across Africa with a home base in Kampala. Quarterly in-person weeks keep us honest.
