Refund policy
Who you deal with
Yiga AI is provided to every customer, in every country, by Kwish Technologies Limited (Uganda). Your billing country is used only for pricing and tax, never to change the contracting company.
Request a review
For a payment problem, duplicate charge or refund request, email support@yigaai.com with the payment reference and enough information to identify the purchase. Do not send payment credentials. The contracting company shown on your purchase handles your request.
Consumer rights
Your statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected. Eligibility is assessed against the purchase terms shown before payment and applicable law. This policy does not promise a refund period that was not stated at checkout.
Subscriptions and organisation purchases
Cancelling renewal and requesting a refund are separate actions. Organisation and school agreements may include their own cancellation terms, provided before approval and subject to applicable law.
How refunds are returned
An approved refund is normally returned through the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider. You will be told the outcome by email.
